You’ve probably already checked out our brand new (and shiny) Nothing Kiosk, which opened on 04 December. But if you haven’t, or need just a little more persuading, here’s everything you need to know about what’s going on.
To celebrate our first new colour edition, we wanted to bring Nothing to our home city. The Kiosk is a limited pop-up installation and is our first ever mobile retail space. You can buy the new black edition as well as the original ear (1) white, which you’ve only been able to see in person at our partner retailers before.
Need more reasons to come? Can’t imagine why, but sure. There’s a few hidden surprises AND we’re giving away a pair of ear (1) to a random visitor everyday until we close on 26 December. Santa who?
So come see us if you’re in London and who knows, you could walk away with some free earbuds.
Here’s how to find it: go to Seven Dials, Earlham Street, WC2H 9LJ. Stop when you get to the Urban Outfitters store. Turn around and feast your eyes on what looks like a bright red futuristic nap pod (with a giant Nothing logo).

What method of payment do you accept at the kiosk?
We accept most major Credit and Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
How do I return product(s) bought at the Kiosk?
We offer a 30 day return policy on its products. Please get in touch with our Customer Support within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will look into this for you. Unfortunately, we will not accept any in-person returns at the Kiosk.
I have a problem with a device purchased at the Nothing Kiosk.
We advise you to check the troubleshooting tips available in these FAQs. If the issue cannot be resolved, our customer support will be able to assist you.
